Join us at the Clock Tower from 11am-1pm on Wednesday 9/20 for a food demo with Laker Food Co.!
Sample gazpacho made with tomatoes & watermelon from the SAP (more info below).
Plus, from 10am-2pm, shop seasonal produce grown on campus at the SAP, and fresh honey from GVSU Beekeepers!
The SAP (GVSU Sustainable Agriculture Project) is a student-led farm (and more!) on Luce Street on the Allendale Campus. The GVSU Beekeepers are a student group who manages honeybees at the SAP.
