Power walking offers a low impact alternative to jogging. Mixed with optional body weight exercises this meet-up offers a total body workout for both cardio and strength. Each session is led by a qualied instructor, lasts 1 hour and consists of a fast tempo walk with resistance bands or body weight exercises covering 2-3 miles including exercise stops. Every power walk nishes back at CHS lobby for a cool down stretch. In the event of inclement weather, walking will take place in CHS hallways.
