Purpose: to inspire freshman and sophomore students (with a focus on women) in CIS 150, Introduction to Computing class, to consider a career in computing.Three employer speakers are recruited to deliver 10 minute presentations regarding their exciting computing careers in a motivational way. A panel discussion follows, fielding questions from the audience, all moderated by CIS Prof David K. Lange. Typical attendance is 200 - 300 individuals, including many of the CIS faculty.
