As the academic year is quickly moving along, students are prepping for the next stage in their life. Whether it is another academic year, an internship, or graduating and entering the real world, these decisions can make anyone anxious and nervous for what is next to come. John Steudel, Human Resource Specialist for the Autism Alliance of Michigan (AAOM) discusses this free resource that connects individuals with autism and other neuro-diverse students, with potential employment opportunities. Students can receive services such as: resume/cover letter review, interview coaching prep and monthly professional development events. He currently works within a wide variety of industries that include but are not limited to: automotive, technology, health, accounting, finance, and hospitality.
