Succession Planning: Approaches to dealing with planned and unplanned losses in key leadership positions.
This lunch and learn session presents strategies for moving forward without missing a step when an executive director or leader leaves a nonprofit organization. The roles of the board and an interim director will be discussed. Insights gained from real world experiences in local nonprofits will highlight the presentation.

The Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Series is a partnership between the School of Public, Nonprofit and Health Administration and the Johnson Center for Philanthropy that serves as a resource to the nonprofit community and provides a learning opportunity for students, faculty, and practitioners. A variety of timely and relevant topics are presented throughout the academic year.
