Description
What does the journey from what is known to what is new look like for students? How can we support students in making this journey through lesson design? This interactive and highly engaging session will explore these questions and more. Workshops will focus on using design thinking methods to create effective lessons. Participants will leave with lessons that are aligned to the standards and adjusted to their students. If your district uses a specific mathematics curriculum, please bring your teacher edition to this workshop.
