Bal-A-Vis-X - Detroit

Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of Balance/Auditory/Vision/eXercises, of varied complexity, all of which are deeply rooted in rhythm. Individual exercises range from on hand tossing to bouncing (catching four racquetballs) in a specified sequence. Partner exercises may call for six balls to be simultaneously in motion.
