CSAL Graduate Receives National Research Award

The National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) selected CSAL alum Theresa Lyon '15 as a 2016 NACADA Student Research Award Winner. As a NACADA Student Research Award Winner in the Master's Category she will be honored at the special Awards Ceremony and Reception being held at the annual NACADA Conference in Atlanta, Georgia this fall as part of the 2016 Annual Awards Program for Academic Advising. This recognition also includes a $500 award. Theresa completed a master's thesis in 2015 on the identity development of undocumented Latino college students, which was also honored with the COE 2014-2015 Dean’s Award for Outstanding Master’s Thesis.
