All Community Outreach Week events have been cancelled.
The recent issues surrounding COVID-19 require us to adhere to best practices. For the safety and well-being of the GVSU community, all Community Outreach Weeks events scheduled for Saturday, March 21 - Saturday, March 28 have been canceled.

Ramona Park, located within the City of Portage, provides recreational amenities for thousands of area residents throughout the year. Amenities include multiple sports fields, a waterfront beach, two playgrounds, multiple picnic locations and watercraft rentals. Come join your fellow Lakers in a park beautification project that will benefit the regions visitors for the 2020 season. The beautification project will entail trash pickup, leaf raking (rakes to be self provided), removal of downed tree limbs and brush along with other sprucing activities. The City of Portage is providing gloves and trash bags for use. Weather appropriate clothing is recommended.
Ramona Park is located on the south-east side of Portage, with direct access to Long Lake.
