Being Mindful of Your Mental Health and Wellness During the COVID-19 Outbreak

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is presenting new and unique challenges. GVSU is navigating unchartered waters with this virus making it important to find new ways to study and interact from home, while also taking care of our mental health and well-being. If you are feeling anxious and stressed about the COVID-19 outbreak, you are not alone – many students are experiencing higher than normal stress and anxiety levels right now.

Taking time out of our days to keep ourselves well is incredibly important!

Even though we are far away, the University Counseling Center is working to bring you the GVSU experience wherever you are. Weekly Wellness will provide daily educational and wellness opportunities to help keep you healthy.
