StrengthsFinder Top 5: Harmony, Developer, Empathy, Restorative, Responsibility

Approach to Therapy: I want therapy to be an environment where you feel safe, heard and valued. I believe each person is the expert in their own lives and strengths can be found in every individual. It is important to me to acknowledge that each person is unique, so my therapy approach will vary depending on the needs of the client. I am interested in utilizing CBT techniques and mindfulness. Our thoughts and feelings can have an effect on our behaviors, and I aim to assist clients in exploring these thoughts along with personal narratives and self-talk.
