Approach to Therapy: I utilize an integrative approach of person-centered, cognitive and feminist therapies. My training is in cognitive behavioral therapy, highlighting individualized perceptions and experiences. I practice strengths-based work from a collaborative perspective, putting the student in the driver’s seat of their own well-being and treatment plan.
