Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship where healing, growth, and learning can occur. I will work hard to get to know you and understand you throughout our work together. I enjoy helping students identify and challenge thoughts, emotions, and/or behaviors that are preventing them from achieving their goals. I am also sensitive to the various identities that students hold (e.g., race, sexual orientation, gender identity) and ways that these may impact lived experiences.
