Approach to Therapy: I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and work to create a strong therapeutic relationship. This approach incorporates examining patterns of thoughts and interpersonal relationships including family of origin relationships and their impacts on feelings and behavior. With use of a multicultural focus, therapy is a journey into self-exploration to identify both strengths and challenges to create empowerment leading to change.
