Approach to Therapy:  I work from an integrative approach that incorporates interpersonal process and cognitive-behavioral theories. I view the therapy relationship as a place to provide safety so that clients can examine patterns and themes, whether these are thoughts, behaviors, feelings, or relational dynamics, and begin to work toward the change they would like to make. I also emphasize a multicultural framework that embraces cultural humility, respect, and the exploration of clients’ salient identities.
