Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is integrative, using a combination of cognitive-behavioral skills, exploration of interpersonal relationships, and a focus on identity development. I am passionate about providing a warm and safe space for students to engage in self-discovery, grow into the person they desire to be, and learn skills to live meaningful, healthy, and productive lives. I help students process difficult experiences and emotions and learn skills that will help them cope with life's challenges.
