Approach to Therapy: Each client is a unique individual who I like to approach through a client-centered and holistic lens.  I encourage each client to be empowered to be change agents in their own health and wellness journey and find it imperative to meet the client where they are at in order to promote trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship.  While medication management is a component of treatment I offer,  it is just one part of the overall treatment plan.  It is my hope that when medication is indicated I can help to promote safety and education around trialing new therapies.
