Approach to Therapy: My approach integrates a blend of person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy, helping students draw connections between their thoughts, behaviors, and emotional experiences. I value the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients by creating a safe and nurturing environment in which to collaborate and support each of my clients to feel empowered to make positive changes in pursuit of their personal, academic, and career development goals.
