Need a chance to just take a BREATH?

Breathe and Relax in a cloud

The counseling center is offering space to do just that. Open to anyone and no prior registration needed, just drop-in for our relaxation group to take a moment from your busy day, relax, and catch your breath for 30-40 minutes.


Sessions aim to educate and provide a place to:

1.  Destress and get your mind off of the everyday tasks of college life.

2.  Practice mindfulness.

3.  Focus on the here and now.
