Adjusting to COVID-19 Workshop
Welcome to the four-week online program on Adjusting to COVID-19. The goal of this program is to provide personal strategies to address various concerns related to COVID-19. The program provides coping strategies, multiple resources, and tools that can help you adjust to many environments and life situations that you may be encountered during and or after COVID-19.
The purpose of the Adjusting to COVID-19 program is NOT to provide any information on COVID-19. You can find important information on COVID-19 at the Center for Disease Control
We also provide several resources on COVID-19 and mental health

- Stop, Breathe & Think: Mindfulness, meditation, and compassion building tool
- Calm: Sleep, meditation, and relaxation
- Insight Timer: Sleep, anxiety, and stress
- Headspace: Exercise mindful awareness, relieve anxiety, and reduce stress
