LiveText is now Watermark

LiveText joined forces in 2017 with two other assessment companies, Taskstream and Tk20, and the newly merged company is now Watermark. The name change was announced in an email to partnering institutions on 1/23/2018 and the LiveText website was updated to reflect the name change. As of writing, the LiveText website should continue to function with a login in the top-right of the homepage that allows users to access their Dashboard.
The company shares: "Defined as a mark of identification and visible when held against the light, watermarks serve as stamps to validate authenticity, benchmark progress, and demonstrate a commitment to quality. Together, our mission is to put better data into the hands of administrators, educators, and learners everywhere in order to empower them to connect information, discover trends, and gain insights into learning to drive meaningful improvements."
- Existing products retained: The merger currently does not impact your use of LiveText’s products. The company will continue to support the products you are currently using.
- Existing price models, user memberships, and technical support retained: LiveText will honor the terms of all existing contracts. Clients will continue to follow the same process for contacting and receiving technical support and support hours will remain unchanged. LiveText users will continue to login to LiveText.com for all accounts.
The College of Education's Administrative Services office is actively following the merger and will ensure that College of Education faculty, staff, students, and field partners continue to receive clear communication and training materials for our assessment system.
