DESCRIPTION:This session will introduce students to the ins and outs of undergraduate research. We will discuss what undergraduate university research is (and isn&rsquo\;t)\, what you can expect from a variety of research experiences\, and how to find a research program and a mentor. The session is open to all students interested in research and creative scholarship\, and will include time for questions.\n\n\n\n* These workshops are intended for first-year undergraduates and first-year transfer students who are new to research\, but all undergraduates are welcome to attend.\n\n\n\nFacilitated by Dantya Jennings Associate Director with the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (OURS).
