Instantly Take a Screen Shot (Windows)

Communications guru Debbie Mayo Smith has shared a great tip for Instantly taking a screen shot of any open window, and it automatically will be inserted into the item you’re working on (in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

  1. Hold down the Windows and Shift keys and press S.

  1. Select as much or as little of the screen in any application and it will be on your clipboard.

  1. Press Ctrl + V to paste it

Low Enrolled Section Management

Any course expected to be canceled for low enrollment, and any greyed-out course that will not be opened, should be cancelled before December 1.  By that date we need to have our total number of LE sections down to a threshold set by the Provost’s office. Earlier cancellations are helpful.  Questions may be directed to George McBane.
