1. The New Travel & Expense System Concur went live on July 1– Message from Assistant Dean McCloud

The Dean’s Office is currently in the process of setting up Concur access for CLAS faculty and staff. Training and assistance will be provided over the summer months to assist the transition. If any faculty or staff are planning on engaging in university travel during this process, please reach out to Rafael Juarez-Yuen ([email protected]) so that we can prioritize user setup accordingly. Training is not required, but if you would like to learn more about the new system, opportunities can be found on Sprout . Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we undertake this momentous task.
