Internship Award Recipients 2022 - Quincy Williams and Madeline Becker

Congratulations to this year's GVSU Career Center Internship Award Recipients, Quincy Williams and Madeline Becker!

GVSU OUTSTANDING INTERNSHIP ADVOCATE OF THE YEAR

Quincy Williams, Public, Nonprofit, and Health Administration-GVSU Internship and Undergraduate Coordinator, was chosen for his amazing advocacy for his students and his dedication to working with employers and community partners to create meaningful internships. He is always an educator, helping supervisors grow as internship sites, working with students to navigate the sometimes complicated world of work, and as a mentor and resource to our internship coordinators.

GVSU OUTSTANDING INTERN OF THE YEAR

Madeline Becker, a criminal justice and math minor, interned with the Grand Rapids Police Department Forensic Services Unit both Summer of 2021 and Fall of 2021. She is a dedicated and detail-oriented student and took on every challenge she was given.

We are proud of all of the College of Education and Community Innovation intern nominees!
