1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
I've been with Whirlpool Corporation for over 30 years and have
worked in many different areas such as Treasury, Supply Chain,
Merchandising, Accounting, Shared Services. I love to read and tend to
read about 100 books a year. I also enjoy working with new employees
to Whirlpool, I like sharing my experience and knowledge for the
greater good of the company.
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
I went to Grand Valley really knowing no one and I was a junior
(transferred from a community college) living in the dorm. I remember
one weekend, they went around to each room and forced us to go to the
football game. I had the best time despite not wanting or planning to go!
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
You are capable of doing more and I was so I did!
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
Life-changing experience
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I would like to have a positive influence on one person's life
every day.
