Write Your College Essay is a workshop for high school students applying to college in the fall. The workshop includes 12 hours of group and individualized instruction and feedback. Each student will finish the workshop with a completed Common App essay that will be ready to apply to colleges. The workshop will be facilitated in-person, but makes use of Google Docs and Google Classroom, so students will need internet connected laptops. Students will have to do work outside of designated class times to get the most from the sessions.
The workshop sessions are scheduled for August 1-4 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. ET at GVSU's downtown Pew Campus.
Non-refundable payment is required to hold your spot. Tuition includes a t-shirt*, notebook, and snacks provided each day of camp.
