CLOSED: Job Opening- Affiliate Faculty Position

The Biomedical Sciences Department at Grand Valley State University is pleased to announce it is searching for a new affiliate faculty member to join our growing department in the Fall of 2019. This is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure-track renewable position. We are seeking someone to teach anatomy and/or physiology undergraduate courses. Affiliate faculty teach between 12 and 15 contact hours per semester, often a mixture of laboratory and lecture courses. Candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in anatomy, physiology or other related discipline; prior teaching experience preferred. The initial appointment is for one year beginning Fall 2019, followed by a possible second year appointment in 2020. Thereafter, affiliate faculty are eligible for continuously renewable three-year contracts. The review process will begin on October 31 and continue until the position is filled.
