DESCRIPTION:Artificial Intelligence is now a major tool in our world\, quickly developing every day into new uses. While many argue that AI is a tool that can streamline tasks\, encourage new skills\, and catch errors outside of human notice\, others argue that the environmental and developmental impacts far outweigh the benefits.\n\n\n\nThe Art Museum will lead a panel discussion with GVSU faculty Dr. Rahat Ibn Rafiq (College of Computing)\, Professor Guin Thompson (VMA)\, Dr. Figen Mekik (Physics)\, Dr. Andrew Spear (Philosophy)\, and Dr. Brian Deyo (English).\n\n\n\nCalling upon their expertise and knowledge\, they will discuss the potential path our usage of AI is leading us down.\n\n\n\nGuests and visitors may use LOT H2 on the Allendale campus across the street from the Haas Center for Performing Arts. ADA parking is available in the KC LOT. To locate the parking lots\, please view the campus maps.
