One of my favorite memories at Grand Valley was studying abroad at the Cannes Film Festival in France. The work experience and opportunity to travel abroad was unforgettable!
The first snowfall of the season during my freshman year in the dorms brought several inches of snow. That evening, everyone ended up wandering out of their living centers and a giant snowball fight broke out around Kleiner and lasted for hours.
My favorite memory at GVSU was walking at graduation... we were treated like rock stars at the VanAndel Arena!
My favorite GVSU memory is tailgating with my family for football games!
My favorite memory was winning the 2011 ACHA Division II National Championship with the GVSU Men's Division II Hockey team!
My favorite memory at GVSU is my oldest daughter being able to see me walk across the stage at graduation is one of my favorite Grand Valley memories.
My favorite GVSU memories are probably related to the group road trips to Florence, Alabama for the 2005 and 2006 Division II National Championship football games.
Trips out to the lakeshore - Muskegon, Grand Haven, Holland, and all the attractions and beaches in between - were always a highlight of my time at GV regardless of the season.
My favorite memory from GVSU is either Kleiner Late Night or when the pendulum went viral on Vine after Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball song released.
My favorite memory was attending every single GVSU football game throughout my four years, and getting to work on the sidelines as a sports marketing intern!
