Robert E. Quinn’s life mission is to inspire positive change. He holds the Margaret Elliot Tracey Collegiate Professorship at the University of Michigan and serves on the faculty of Organization and Management at the Ross School of Business. He is a co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations. Professor Quinn’s research and teaching interests focus on leadership, organizational change and effectiveness. He has published eighteen books on these subjects, and his best-selling book, Deep Change, has sold over 100,000 copies. He has thirty-five years of consulting experience and is known as a speaker who opens minds and inspires courage. He is a fellow of the Academy of Management and the World Business Academy.
