As the dean of Grand Valley’s business school, Diana Lawson is no
stranger to leadership. Whether she’s leading faculty, staff, or an
entire college transforming business education, Diana is quite
familiar with leading change. In her six years at Grand Valley, Diana
has helped redefine the focus of Seidman to embrace a theme
of knowing, doing, and being to help business majors grow
professionally and personally. Her background in marketing and
international business has also prepared her well to teach in the
executive MBA program focusing on the Leading Change and Emerging
Trends courses.
