DESCRIPTION:The Therapeutic Recreation Program at Grand Valley State University invites TR Alumni and friends of GVSU for a reception highlighting 43 years of TR/RT education. The cost is $10/person.\n\n\n\nWe will enjoy a look at the new Raleigh J. Finkelstein Hall  with a 2\,800 square foot classroom/lab for Therapeutic Recreation while meeting up with old friends and making new ones. The reception will run from 7-9 p.m. with hors d&#39\;oeuvres and drinks. The evening will also include remarks highlighting significant persons and events in the evolution of the program. Interactive activities will also be provided along with door prizes.\n\n\n\nIf you are attending the ATRA Annual Conference\, shuttle buses will run from the Amway Grand Hotel to Raleigh J. Finkelstein Hall\, or persons may choose to walk as the event is just under one mile from the conference site. There is also parking on site.\n\n\n\nHelp us celebrate the profession and all who provide services to those in need\, whether you are a currently practicing recreational therapist or you have used your TR degree from GVSU to move into other professions\, you will always be a Laker and we would like to hear from you or see you.\n\n\n\n-ADDITIONAL INFORMATION-\n\nLOCATION\: Raleigh J.
