  • Degrees offered: B.F.A., B.A., B.S. Students seeking the B.A. degree must demonstrate third semester proficiency in a foreign language. Students seeking the B.S. degree should take MA 215 and CO 110 or PL 202.
  • Accreditation: National Association of Schools of Art and Design
  • Students interested in K-12 teacher certification should take PY 201 as a social science elective and could also take PY 233 or CD 118.
  • This guide fulfills the Michigan Transfer agreement.  Please check with your community college advisor for additional associate degree requirements.  Humanities elective must be a non-ART course.  Science and social science electives must be selected from different disciplines.  Please check with your community college advisor for additional associate degree requirements.  GVSU will still honor the MACRAO agreement.
