  • Degrees offered: B.M.E, B.M., B.A. Students selecting the B.A. degree must demonstrate third semester proficiency in a foreign language.
  • Each applicant wanting to major or minor in music is required to arrange for a personal audition with the Music Department.
  • Students may want to consider transferring after one year of basic classes.
  • This guide fulfills the Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA).  Science electives must be selected from different disciplines.  Humanities elective must be a non-MUS course.  Social science electives must be selected from different disciplines.  Please check with your community college advisor for additional associate degree requirements.  GVSU will still honor the MACRAO agreement.
