Why did you choose to attend Grand Valley?
The small class size. The student ratio is 17 to 1 here and that really sits home with me.

What do you like best about Grand Valley?
The community here. The atmosphere here is so family oriented, in a sense. You build friendships and relationships with peers, faculty, and staff.

How have you benefited from Grand Valley's liberal education foundation?
There are a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds in the student body here. In the workforce, it will be helpful for me to be able to communicate effectively with someone from a different culture or background.

How will Grand Valley help you meet your future goals?
The staff have connections and networking opportunities. And internships are definitely an added source for putting yourself out there and getting your feet wet in the real world.

How has Grand Valley's faculty made a difference in your college experience?
The faculty members here at Grand Valley are like none other. They truly want to interact with their students.

What advice would you give to prospective students?
Get involved. These four years are going to be very crucial in your life and in shaping you as an adult as you go out into your future career. There's an immense amount of organizations here on campus.
