Why did you choose to attend Grand Valley?
I looked into the M.P.A. program at several universities and Grand Valley seemed the most accredited.

What do you like best about Grand Valley?
It's amazing how immediate what I'm learning in class translates over to my work.

Have you been able to incorporate your graduate studies into your job? How?
I've been using a lot of what I've learned to pull data using programs like Microsoft Excel.

How will Grand Valley help you meet your future goals?
We're on the cusp of a lot of change in health care and my instructors teach according to that. I really think that's going to put me ahead of people that attended somewhere else.

How has Grand Valley's faculty made a difference in your graduate experience?
The professors are tremendous because they treat you like a professional. They all love what they do and it's very obvious.

What advice would you give to prospective graduate students?
Realize that it's a lot of work and it's a lot of time, but it's completely worth it. I'm only half way through and it's already paying off for me.
