Grand Valley's tuition remains below the state average, and has been named one of "America's 100 Best College Buys" by Institutional Research and Evaluation, Inc. for 24 years in a row.

U.S. News and World Report ranked Grand Valley a "Top Public University," as well as a "Top Performer for Social Mobility". Grand Valley was also named one of "America's Top Colleges" by Forbes and "Best in the Midwest" by Princeton Review.
