6/23: Levi Gardner and the Sustainable Agriculture Project at GVSU will help us get dirty in the gardens
7/21: Jennifer Stewart, professor of Sociology of Food will give us a frame to explore this most recent social movement in food
8/25: Ethan McCann of Campus Dining will show us how to stay sustainable and LOCAL while living and dining at GVSU
Seminar participants will earn a $5.00 voucher to the campus Farmer’s Markets (while supplies last). Stop into the Women’s Center at 1201 Kirkhof Center to learn more about the Student Food Pantry, Campus Farmer’s Market and the Voucher program, available to all students throughout the summer months.
