Women's Issues Volunteer Corps The Women's Center is currently looking for students, faculty, and staff who are interested in working on projects within the community which have a focus on improving the lives of women and girls and helping to fulfill our mission of "making a difference in the lives of women and girls through volunteer opportunities that pair education with activism." If you would like to be a volunteer, you can contact the Women's Center via email or call us at 331-2748. You can also fill out the Volunteer Interest Sheet and send it back. Frequently Asked Questions Q. What kinds of projects do you work on? Q. How do I get involved in a semester long project? A. Yes, all volunteers are asked to register their hours through the BlackBoard system. Once volunteers go through training, they will be given access to Women's Center Volunteer BlackBoard account. Q. How do I find out what opportunities are available through the Women's Center?
A. Registered volunteers will receive an email update every other week with notifications and new volunteer opportunities.
