Issue Brief on Wind Energy Deployment now available

The first of a series of issue briefs summarizes the factors that have influenced wind energy deployment around the country and around the world. It also brings the lessons home to West Michigan's coastal zone. The issue brief is located in the Project Documents section of the web site.
