At the appreciation breakfast on January 26th, 2011, Professor Julia Mason was one of 20 faculty members of Grand Valley to recieve the Faculty of Distinction Award.
The award was created by Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society to recognize the important role faculty members play for students both in and out of the classroom.
