Online Writing Consultation Submission Form

Writing consultants are available to work with you online!

If you are a GVSU student taking Grand Valley classes online or at the Holland, Traverse City, Petoskey, or Muskegon campuses, or if you are enrolled in graduate courses at GVSU, you can access a consultant's services via this web form. Please keep in mind that it is much easier to work through grammar, punctuation, documentation, and style guide issues face-to-face, and the consultants will not make any changes to your paper. In addition, to get the best feedback possible, you must provide the consultant with information about the assignment you are working on, as well as your questions or concerns about the draft you've written.

Please submit no more than ten double-spaced pages for response. Allow up to 72 hours to receive a response from a writing consultant.

Please fill out the form completely before uploading your file in Word or Rich Text Format (.rtf).

Reminder: this service is available only to GVSU students enrolled in graduate courses or online classes, or taking classes at the Holland, Traverse City, Petoskey, or Muskegon campuses.

Consultants will not edit or proofread papers, nor will they rewrite passages for you.
