MissionPromote parental leave policies to benefit all GVSU faculty and staff.
Vision Statement
The GVSU Parental Leave Task Force (PLTF) will maximize the utility of current parental leave policies and determine the need for additional policies through research and benchmarking. In addition, the PLTF will work with Human Resources to enact needed policy changes and monitor their impact on family well-being, and faculty/staff recruitment and retention. During this process, the PLTF is committed to educating the GVSU community about parental leave.
