The University Assessment Committee (UAC), in consultation with a Provost designee, have identified the following attachments as the format for the GVSU Program Self-study. These documents are intended as an opportunity for units to examine their Strategic Plans as well as identify and evaluate their progresses, successes, and areas of concern. The following items are expected in this process:
For Academic Units with External Accreditation:
ºAssessment report in WEAVE on-line (or other assessment management system) ºThe Self-study requirements are submitted as part of the unit's accreditation process
For Academic Units without External Accreditation:
ºSelf-study report submitted via email to UAC chair ºAssessment report in WEAVE on-line (or other assessment management system) ºResource analysis report (FSBC) submitted to FSBC chair
For Service Units:
ºSelf-study report submitted via email to UAC chair ºAssessment report in WEAVE on-line
