The University Assessment Committee, in consultation with the Dean's Council and the Provost, have identified the following attachment as the tentative format for the GVSU Program Self-Study. This document is intended as an opportunity for a unit to examine it Strategic Plan and evaluate progress, successes, and areas of concern. There are two parts to the GVSU Program Self-Study:

1) You will submit a Word document following the format provided in the linked document that constitutes the core of the GVSU Program Self-Study. This document is still considered tentative as the Dean's Council may request further requirements for administrative purposes. However, the UAC will not be asking for or making any other changes until after the reporting cycle.

2) Assessment report of student learning outcomes through Weave Online. This is a continuation of the three year cycle of assessing student learning outcomes.
