Seminar Daily Schedule

Please plan on arriving at the GVSU campus between 10:00-1:00 for registration on the 21st. On the final day, the 27th, please schedule flights around 5:00 or later. We suggest against arriving a day early or staying a day late, due to the price of the rooms, the special arrangements needed to provide transportation and the limited availability of food on campus outside of our normal seminar dates.

Each day at the seminar will be a little different, but will stick to the following schedule whenever possible:

9:00-10:00 AM        Warm Up Class
10:00-11:30 AM      Group Lesson
11:30-1:00 PM        Lunch Break/ Practice Time
1:00-2:30 PM          Trumpet Ensemble Rehearsal
2:30-4:00 PM          Rest/ Practice Time or Optional Techniques Class
4:00-5:30 PM          Masterclass
5:30-7:00 PM          Dinner Break/ Practice time
7:00-8:30 PM          Faculty Recital
