Daniel Duncan is an active teacher and free lance musician in northeastern New England.  He received a Graduate Diploma with Distinction from the New England Conservatory of Music, was the recipient of the Andre Come Memorial Scholarship as a Tanglewood Fellow, and received his Bachelors Degree in Music Education from the University of Evansville.  His teachers have been Charles Schlueter, Timothy Morrison, Roger Voisin, Leon Rapier, and James Bursen.
He has performed with many orchestras throughout the country including the Boston, Baltimore, and New World Symphonies; performed as Principal Trumpet with the 75th Anniversary Tour of Porgy & Bess; was principal Trumpet of the Key West Symphony for their first 4 years, recording 6 CD's.  Daniel is equally at home performing musical theatre and is an avid chamber musician.
