Grand Valley State University
International Trumpet Seminar

This seminar exposes students to some of the most outstanding educators and performers on the instrument today. Students will learn different teaching and playing styles from world class artists through group lessons, masterclasses, rehearsals, ensembles, and recitals.

As a Student of the Grand Valley State University International Trumpet Seminar you will be treated to an intense week of learning and growth. It is an event not to be missed by any aspiring young artist.

This year's seminar will be July 21-28 2012

Also, this year's trumpet competition will be sponsored by Yamaha Corporation.  

The first prize for the High School Division will be $500 towards any Xeno, Custom, or Artist model trumpet.

The first prize for the College Division will be $1500 towards any Xeno, Custom, or Artist model trumpet.
