What is Newspaper Theatre?  Newspaper Theatre is a series of techniques and exercises which help bring current news, social issues, and historical events to life on the stage for performance.  In this free three hour workshop, students will explore ways news stories can be dramatized for production.  This is a FANTASTIC opportunity, especially for students who are interested in devising new work, playwriting, dramaturgy, teaching, or long form improvisation!   SIGN-UP FOR WORKSHOP AT THE BOX OFFICE, space is limited to only 10 theatre (major, minor, or enthusiast) students.
